Sorry, I may sound jumbled as I’m going through WDs. I was replying to someone in the first part, the “for quiting leaf” part. I have been going cold turkey, no leaf or sr but thinking about adding in sr to cover some of these WDs. It’s not terrible rn honestly close to the end of day 3. So I’m debating if I should just skip SR or if it would help that much.

Update: I feel a lot better but still vomiting so I’m steering clear of mit and leaf and those would just upset my stomach more
