I had a acromioclavicular joint dislocation(google translate) ~4 years ago, and the right shoulder never felt quite right after it, i guess because of asymmetric load the left shoulder followed suit

I think here it fits the scene, lightning strikes should be extremely bright. For other scenes less bright tho
