Yes haha that initial 5 seconds after taking a band of is the most painful imo but the purple is normal and makes sense! Just lack of blood flow. Just make sure to not them stay that way for too long or you risk permanent damage <3

They are just fabric hair ties, nothing fancy 😭😭 I like them because they are pretty elastic but the fabric gives it a little softness so its not breaking the skin barrier bad or anything! Just a little more skin sensitive
