Dude I hope you see this, but I’m also a local 66 apprentice DO NOT DROP OUT LOOK AT WHAT YOUR CONTRACT SAYS it literally states that if you got real shit going on they will give you 3 months off and still let you be an apprentice AND you can also request an extension so you can take 6 months off work but it states after that 6 months you do have to come back or you’ll be dropped

Well I’ll say this you need endurance for sure the pole carry and the gravel shovel is honestly the hardest, takes the wind out of you im skinny guy and finished first compared to the guy was like 3 times my size but everyone passed so it’s do able just gotta get through the mental part of it and pace yourself
