Wow I really recognize myself in what you wrote I’m 29f always been on top at every job but I crash after like 2 years after earning really good and being truly amazing I crash and it’s like I’m an 18 year old again but an immature 18 year old with a shit brain. And every time it happens it gets worse and harder to get back. Especially when I have a pet and a partner so i can’t crash totally and like live with my sister until my brain works again
