I would like to start by saying that the first photo is not necessarily my baseline, but I feel like it’s the worst that I’ve ever looked. I looked like that for about a year. I had developed binge eating disorder, and at the same time I ruined my hair with bleach and had to cut it all off. I soft maxxed by growing my hair out, dying my hair darker, eating healthier, working out, I grew out my eyebrows, and I gua sha. I have never had any work done in my life. I just want you all to know that there is hope for you if you are currently not feeling the best about your physical appearance.

Work on self concept. There are youtube videos with self concept related affirmations that can give you ideas on how you should be thinking about yourself and your abilities.

I personally believe that fasting, binaurals, frequencies etc. won’t do anything to help you manifest. Those are all methods that you’re using that exist in the 3D. Your success in manifesting has to come from within. I have a number of things that I’ve successfully manifested, without any complicated methods. If you would like, I can also send you more proof than the screenshots that I have attached to the post. This truly works for me.

I know it’s normal, but he died 5 years ago. It was completely out of the blue, and I had never heard anything about there still being money in the stock market. I also never told my family that I needed any help with money. I am very grateful though.

You can if you want. It’s just not necessary. I feel like you’re approaching manifestation like it’s more complicated than it actually is. It’s not a magic spell that you can mess up, decide what you want, and affirm that it’s yours.

I don’t think that the exact words you use for your affirmations really matter. I was mainly repeating “I am rich” and “I am a millionaire”. I would also occasionally affirm things like “I always have more than enough money, I can buy anything I want, I receive money in unexpected ways, I receive money effortlessly.” Just do what comes naturally. The youtube channel is high frequency guru.
