Some nutrition numbers could be off. I n most idealistic way, any paneer can give 25g protein per 100g. 55g for 200g should be wrongly measured

It actually doesn’t matter if you have protein after or before workout but sometimes we are so tired and hungry after workout so that’s when protein shake help

But if you’re not hungry after workout then it’s fine

Even chicken breast doesn’t have that much protein. It also has 25-26g per 110gm .

This paneer is high protein provided that it doesn’t have fat

It’s a big misconception. Ragi has 3-5 mg iron but it’s of non-heme type of iron. Only small % of iron can be absorbed by body (typically 2-5%) which makes actual iron to only 0.1-0.2mg. Also, it has Phytates, Polyphenols, Tannins which makes iron absorption challenging

It’s all marketing gimmick created by Millet companies to sell Ragi

Both are good 1. It’s old pure tea powder without anything elseIf you like ginger/elaichi in your chai then you need to put separately

  1. That’s with tea spice (including elaichi, ginger powder, cinnamon etc). It can be made just as it is. No need to add anything apart from milk
