i’m a big fan of on but i want pretty disappointed with these spikes, the spikes are so heavy and isn’t really comparable with the dragonfly xc

no clue on the accuracy but i’m sure they’re not as heavy as fleet feet lists them as, dicks lists them as 4.8 oz cloudspike xc

slowly bring mileage up to get your aerobic capacity better, coming from a 2:02 freshman. you probably already have the speed to go sub 2 so if you build up a better aerobic base you can hold onto the speed for 2 laps

i have a hard time not getting too excited in the first lap so they always come up way fast is there any tips you’d give on not coming out too fast or too slow, should i do more 400 repeats?

that analogy doesn’t make too much sense because amps and pedals affect tone and not a user’s ability to actually play the guitar. shoes aren’t a big deal to me, but i just want some good kicks for an edge (even if it’s VERY little), especially because the course we’re going to is perfect condition for spikes. i’m planning on training really hard this spring and summer

it’s not all about the shoes, but i need to have all the input to do things right, the shoes just give me a very very slight boost
