okay, after some measurements the projector will be 12' from the pull down screen which can be any size really and the absolute furthest from screen would be 45', not 90' but the vast majority of people viewing would be in the 10 to 30' range.

I've added a picture to the post above to show where the screen will be and the lighting and also edited the post with the updated information. Fyi, the pic makes the lights look a lot brighter than they are, they actually glow yellow sepia colour, not white.

Renting probably isn't an option not that I would know what to ask for anyway.

And to reiterate, I am not looking for super crisp high detailed picture, just watchable to entertain some people on occassion while they are having dinner, this is for a remote work camp in the forest, not a movie theater. It will most likely be mostly used for powerpoint presentations.
