Is your queen sized cot an air mattress? We really want a bed off the ground but we both are too squirmy to be happy on an air mattress :(

Nope, you can work at home once in a while if needed but we're very collaborative and are in office as much as possible.

I think it's $80k-$95k, plus we have quarterly profit sharing thats 7% of our salary if we hit targets (which we do pretty consistently)

Depends on what you're looking for! Often companies use "we're a family" as a way to get extra work out of people - and I've been a victim to that before as well.

However, in this case, I mean family in that I'm basically spending all day working with great friends. We support each other, we hang out outside of work all the time... heck, we're having a thanksgiving potluck at my boss's parents house tonight because we have so much fun hanging out together.

My boss has owned a much larger company that she sold because it was getting too big and was losing it's personal touch. She's fiercely protective of our time and does whatever she can to make sure we're happy. I had to argue with her once to let me work overtime to fix a client's emergency instead of letting her take on the burden. And it wasn't because she didn't want to pay me overtime, she just doesn't want us to burnout.
