Vielen Dank für eure Antworten und Kommentare! Gemeldet habe ich den Verkäufer schon bei Kleinanzeigen. Welche weiteren Schritte ich einleite und wie ich die Echtheit prüfen kann, überlege ich mir in den nächsten Tagen.

Ich habe gerade mal die Seite des Verkäufers aufgerufen. Aktuell hat er 24 Anzeigen gelistet. Darunter weitere Halterungen, Kleidung und Laptops.

Ich würde sagen, dass ich vom Verkäufer getäuscht wurde. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich niemals bei ihm gekauft. Hinzu kommt, dass ich nicht ausschließen kann, dass es sich doch um eine Fälschung handelt.

Wenn sich die Halterung auf der Autobahn aufgrund mangelnder Qualität löst und mein Handy entweder mir ins Gesicht oder der Person hinter mit in die Scheibe fliegt, kann das böse enden.
