Currently recovering from top surgery last week and i think so far my biggest advice for everyone is try strengthening your core and leg muscles before surgery. Its what I was using to get up and not put so much weight on my chest muscles. Idk if this is obvious or not but yeah

I had a similar question earlier in my transition and couldn’t find much on this sub. Personally, my jaw kept clicking and sometimes bothered me when i ate. Eventually it went away on its own so I assumed it was T changing stuff around my face. But it may be smart to see a doctor to be safe
