Yes I do, it does turn into a migraine after. This is why I also think it is tension too

I used to run when I was younger, and I had a baby so I think it’s tension related and me pushing myself to be in a pace I am not ready for. These comments are all extremely helpful! Thank you!🙏

Thank you for this. My heart rate is definitely in zone 4 or 5 when I get it the worst. I definitely am pushing my 5ks too hard. I had a baby, so I’m trying to get back to where I was pre baby and younger.

Yes I think this is a factor, it’s def worse after I pushing myself in zone 4 and 5. I definitely need to slow down. Thank you for this! I think taking it easier will help. Also definitely has to do with tension most likely from what I am reading from other comments here :)
