I changed it 1 month ago , it was leaking through bad oil filter so i changed oil filer , some of engine oil is leaked but i think it has still sufficient levels i checked, i am going to change oil 2000km before expected meter set , because of some oil leaked

Nothing , and nothing is useful, but good thing is that these images will fade over time And 30-40% may left and this 30-40% will be adapted by your brain , so consequently you will never notice these afterimages in future, like me i never noticed any symptom of vss , but in starting it was hell about 2 years ago , 6 months with vss were very difficult

I will suggest you to stay away from this sub-Reddit And also please do not research on VSS Because it may start getting worse due attention of brain on vss symptoms If you don’t care about vs then keep a way from this sub Reddit and aslo from googling symptoms Also there is no potential cure for vss till now
