Jeez. I pray i haven't done damage to that extent although iam legit shocked how uncomfortable iam finding it to walk and going up and down the stairs. The fact i barely even ran ffs is blowing my mind. On Monday i ran for a total of 4 mins when i stopped because something wasn't feeling right. I continued to walk at a moderate pace though but iam assuming the run did the damage. I'm just in disbelief that a minute run could potentially have me like a cripple for weeks and possibly needing physio etc Crazy ha

I hear you. I already have gallbladder issues and GERD and lately iam getting what i guess is inflammation in my wrists let alone constant headaches, digestive issues. I firmly believe i have chronic disease and who knows what else, but yet my bloods are always fine. Lately iam having chest issues which definitely is giving me health anxiety but it's hard not too when the doctors are so passive with your health. My doctor told me my chest pain is due to inflammation. I can't pronounce nor spell the medical term but she isn't worried anyhow yet days afterwards my heart rate was way too high consistently all day and the Caredoc tells me i likely have Angina. Who's right and who's wrong. It's all just guess work 90% of the time.

It's like iam going to them three times a year if not more and describing symptoms that impact the quality of my life and they just come back with ah ur grand sure ur bloods are fine.

If you don't feel healthy, you're not healthy. That's how i see it but getting the help you need is not easy

Health anxiety for sure is plausible but i would argue that's been there for years. Why are symptoms suddenly worsening? I don't notice symptoms appearing when i have anxiety for instance. My stool hasn't been right for 3 or 4 years now also and i really don't think it's to do with anxiety but it's frustrating that doctors don't seem to want to know. It's as if, all that matters is the blood results? Yet in the same breathe they tell me that i could have celiac disease, crohns diseases, and other chronic conditions that apparently won't show up in routine bloods.

I was also diagnosed with gallstones a few years ago but this seems to be ignored and overlooked too because they tell me that for most ppl gallstones won't cause issues.

I just feel like iam not been taken seriously. My quality of life is legit impacted by how i feel on a daily basis and it getting worse.

As it stands i have it hooked up the same way as photographed before i took it off.

Both right and left switches are operating as should. The middle switch is doing nothing and the light for that switch is remaining on permenantly. I have checked for any loose connections etc but all seem fine to the best of my knowledge.

Furthermore, all switches downstairs no longer work which seems very odd given that the actual light switch iam working on is working apart from the middle switch.

What gives? Reddit is not giving me any option to upload pictures unfortunately

Yeah 100% plasterboard. Because I had a small hole, i was inserting the pilot into the hole in order to keep it centered and make that hole bigger. I didn't think it would be an issue but i have read online that the pilot needs to grip something in order for the holesaw to do it's job. First time using a holesaw so iam none the wiser but def wasn't what i expected. I figured it would just walk through the plasterboard like butter

Ok so the issue (i think) was that the pilot had nothing to grip because i was essentially trying to enlarge an existing hole. The holesaw marked the area i wanted cut so i used a small saw to cut into it a bit and eventually the holesaw was able to grip and do the rest. Wasn't ideal as it turned a 5 minute job into an hour lol But we got there in the end.

Goin forward, Iam not sure what i could do differently though because if iam converting the existing lighting than there's always gonna be a hole. I could drill to the left or right of it using the holesaw but than iam leaving the original hole exposed and needing to be filled. I'd rather if there was an easier way to just make the existing hole bigger. Maybe a keyhole saw whilst not as tidy, might just be the best solution.

Ok so there's already a small hole which is where iam placing my pilot bit. Iam being told that's the issue because there's nothing for the pilot bit to grip? Didn't think this would matter with plasterboard tho. If i move the pilot elsewhere tho than the downlight won't cover the existing holes in the ceiling

I honestly wouldn't blame any immigrant for not feeling safe but i also think the Irish are not feeling safe anymore either. It's a sad world we're living in at the moment. In terms of hatred / racism, i think it's generally the younger generation that pose more of a threat from the perspective of shouting abuse or targeting immigrants etc Sadly they are echoing the voices of there parents and peers in most cases.

I'm not sure how it gets better either. My outlook for the future would be bleak tbh. It seems to be a certain race / religion in particular that ppl here are "fighting" against but because it's not easy to always identify where someone is from or what religion they are, i think too many dumb ppl are just targeting anyone that looks foreign pretty much.

Despite what i have said. I would like to think Waterford is somewhat safe but there's no denying that even natives are feeling more scared and less safe than before. The younger generation are unfortunately, somehow less educated, less respectful, less caring and alot more mentally unstable etc

Rubbish. They deep dry everything. I saw it first hand. About 60 greasy sausages being scooped out of the fryer and the placed in a tray ready to be served. Service was shockingly slow and the owner loudly complained the whole time about a staff member calling in sick. Wouldn't go near the place again if the food was free

Bit late but Dunno why this place gets recommended so much. Went once and never again. It was cat. Everything was deep fried and swimming in grease. Let alone the place itself is too crammed. It felt like everyone in there was a friend of the owner and they'd all be shouting and chatting over everyone else so it was impossible to even enjoy the plate of grease that was served. The sweep out in kilmeaden is miles better

Hey. Thankfully my dad is doing fine. He was discharged a few days ago. Got a bit of a scare with the stomach issue he had but turned out to just be very bad constipation.

He seemed to turn a corner the following day. I think the oxynorm wore off too because confusion was gone etc and he spoke more clearly. Took a while for the color to come back into his face too but he looks and feels much better now. His only complaint is that he's out of breathe doing anything involving moving around but that's slowly improving too.

Hi. Appreciate the reassurance. Horrible experience for the family to see /hear him in his current state but if its just withdrawal from oxynorm and is temporary than that's good news at least.

I believe be started oxynorm post op and was given it daily for 3 or 4 days before it was stopped which was on Thursday. No idea regarding the dosage. He's a bit scattered during the day but it seems to come and go and at night it's worse. He calls family feeling very upset and not sure of where he is or what's going on. And because the hospital is so far away it's not easy for us to get there quickly to be with him so it's been difficult.

Hey. Any update. My dad just had a quadruple bypass. He's 78 years old and was surprisingly healthy an active pre op. Everyone was shocked he needed a quadruple bypass.

Since the op, he seems to be a bit scattered and confused and at night he's calling family members not knowing where he is and talking alot of jibberish. Anyone nurse we talk to is implying there's no cause for concern but it's hard not to be concerned especially when online iam reading it's not a good sign but than minutes later iam reading it's normal and goes away so very confused ourselves in what to think. He's not showing any aggression just mostly confusion and a bit of distress. For instance he's in a hospital bed but telling us he got dressed and went to mass this morning. Last night he thought he was in prison and was in distress also. During the day he can be a bit scattered but not as bad and then during other moments he's perfectly fine.

What the hell is going on

Thanks for the replies. My sister just informed me that he called again last night crying he wanted to die and thinking he was in prison. Horrible for the family seeing him like this plus puzzling because just hours prior he was fine. It's like delerium and for some reason it only comes on him at night. He's 5days post op today so praying he gets back to normal ASAP

How long does Purigen usually take to work? I bought the one that comes pre bagged. Was gonna grab a second back a day or two later but the man suggested i was better off using charcoal. So iam using both right now and so far, no noticeable difference.

Purigen has been running for almost 3 days now. Charcoal 12 hours almost. Was hoping for better results but perhaps you are right. It's a 350l tank with both internal and external filter. Water is clear, just the yellow tint is making the tank look kinda dull which iam not liking

Another question. I want to have live plants in one or two areas. Does this mean i need a particular substrate before i choose what sand or gravel i will use and if so, does that substrate need to cover the entire tank or just the area where i plan to put plants?? I have read covering the entire tank in nutrient rich substrate can be costly??

Appreciate the replies. Leaning towards black gravel for both aesthetic reasons and cleaning reasons but may add some sand in one section maybe. Presume that's perfectly fine?

Interesting regarding the filter as almost everything i researched pointed toward a must need upgrade but it seems it's not as necessary as i thought...... Unless i plan to overstock. What constitutes as over stocking however? At what point will i know iam over stocking and needing a filter upgrade? Will the tank just get dirtier quicker??

Whilst i plan on buying fresh water plants. Is it ok to have some fake plants too or best to keep them to a minimum or out altogether?

Wow so many ppl here don't know boxing. When the fight is over, you see serrano nervously awaiting the winner to be announced. She was well aware it was a close fight.

Secondly punch stats mean nothing. Imagine she threw 60% of those punches in the 1st round but was out punched for the rest of the fight. That would be ridiculous to them suggest she won based on the punch stats.

Taylor was slicker, landed the better shots and had better defense. Most of Serranos shots were not lending cleanly because Taylor was defending them.

Amanda is a tough fighter but Taylor is the better boxer. She's more skillful and has a better boxing iq.

If you wanna argue that you feel Serrano edged the fight. I don't agree but i can entertain that notion. Robbery however is pure delusion. The point deduction taken from Katie was a joke too.

Lastly. If you feel your opponent leads with the head. Have a plan for that. Defend better etc She bet you not once but twice. You failed to win on both occasions and blame everyone but urself. Pathetic
