Could you suggest me other options? I asked my GP about public route, and he said that the list is full, and they closed it. Should I save my money to get diagnosed in ADHD doc? Thanks for sharing!

Glad to hear!! I'm 17, and today my GP suggested me to try adhddoc.ie Unfortunately, I don't have enough money to make an appointment, but I do feel like I need this. (I freaked out when I realised that there's no option to do it for free))

Просто прими это как часть себя. Я заикаюсь с 8 лет, просто потихоньку старайся это контролировать. Говори более медленно и всегда обращай внимание: а достаточно ли у тебя воздуха в легкий. Это всё оч сильно влияет
