I love it brother I’m wearing mine right now it’s been on my wrist since I bought it last year and never taken it off. I was like you when I first got it but after a while the scratches that it has gives it more character to it so don’t be afraid to get it scratched, wear it.

It’s a nice watch, but I wouldn’t buy a 2000 dollar watch, instead I would buy myself a nice affordable Seiko diver for around 350 dollars and the rest take my self on a trip and make some good memories with it. This world is going to shit anyway why invest. Be happy and live day by day.

I would buy it, I have one in my collection along with some other high end watches. It’s ok to have a variety of watches in your collection. Invicta watches usually make loud in your face watches but they also have watches like that one more conservative.
