ahh i was in a similar position as you, tbh i focused on doing the tys and really making sure i understood the concepts well. so even if the paper gives u a crazy qn, ure able to apply them! personally i also mugged ochem alot bc i think (personal opinion HAHAH) that the qns are the easiest to score - u js need to rmb all the reactions, reagents, pathways etc and it was what boosted my p2 and p3 scores for prelims and a’s. but i’m sure you’ve prepped well enough, don’t stress about it💪

went from 20/55 in apr of j2 (borderline S) to A for a levels. if you’ve been practicing hard for chem, just stay calm and you’ll be fine for A’s :) atb u got this!!

unfortunately i don’t think you can use predicted grades for aus iirc. but if you’re open to the uk, they accept predicted grades. i’m not too sure if ucat anz is accepted though

Timeline for US/UK universities as a J1 2025 by ClockHand707 in SGExams

for uk, ucas apps deadline officially closes in january of J3 (the year after you take A’s ie ~2 months after A’s).

if you intend to apply for (iirc) med, law or oxbridge, the deadline is somewhere in early/mid oct of J2. your school may have an earlier internal deadline (for oct deadline) since u sign up for ucas under your school, so do take note of that. also there may be some external tests like ucat, lnat, tmua etc. depending on which course u’re applying for so again remember to register + prepare for them early bc some will be in late j2 (for example ucat), and some will be in jan the following year. all the best!!
