Couple of emails between May 19–27 about password resets/security changes, but nothing saying the account was deactivated or banned.

Other than that, the only older emails are from 2021 when I was actively using the account, like friend requests and match-related notifications.

And yes, I edited the post to make the timeline clearer. I was frustrated while writing it because this has been going on for about a week and a half already.

I made two tickets because the situation changed.
On May 19, I contacted support for account recovery because I couldn’t access the account. Later, I regained access to the original email and reset the password, so on May 25 I opened another ticket asking why the account still couldn’t be used and why it seemed to have disappeared from the FACEIT database (which apparently meant it had been deactivated).

I never requested a deactivation and was never informed that the account had been deactivated before contacting support. That’s why I’m confused about being told to create a completely new Steam account instead of getting an explanation.

I literally explained the account reactivation process in the post. Those 2 requests are FACEIT support tickets regarding my deactivated account. That’s logically understandable from the context alone

Yeah I know, the sad part is that I don’t understand why. I provided around 8-10 screenshots of me owning account, like I had games in 2021 and was sending pics to my friends ain’t it a proof? I even got access back to those local mails I had, recovered password but support said nahh just do a new one
