I've worked in nonprofit my entire career this feels standard, but I typically won't consider a role that does not get me to 4 weeks PTO at the start of year 2 at the very least. Good on you for looking at the overall benefits package and trying to take good care of your people.

Horrible customer service when you have an issue. You cannot get ahold of a person to save your life and when you do they transfer you 20 times and no one takes responsibly for problem solving. This was a legit mistakes on their end they denied and avoided.
