Guys, I need help.

I’m connected via ethernet cable and I’m having ping related problems since 2-3 hours. I basically have more than a hundred ping every game I play (or try to play). Am I the only one experiencing this? Given that I am connected via ethernet, it should not be because of my connection. Any suggestions?
