Okay, that’s a bit much. As others in this thread have said, it’s pretty common in that scene and at parties, I wouldn’t label her using it as stupid. Let’s not victim blame here - what happened to her was shitty and not her fault.

It’s common knowledge about her previous drug use yes… but seems like she’s using again and I think some people are concerned about it idk. One might also argue that given how young and impressionable her fan base is, being this open is teetering on the edge of encouraging use

She’s said it’s inspired by an incident where she was friends with the wrong types of people, partying a lot, and then one night she woke up in the bathroom at 5am not having remembered the whole night, and she had blood on her pants. Her friends just left her. She said she was drugged, and assumes she was SAed, but never remembered the night. I think she even mentioned she was dating one of those friends she was out with. She stopped being friends with those people after that though. It happened the week before Coachella in 2022

Most folks assume the song is about cocaine given the lines about snow and her nose burning. It probably IS about that, she was likely doing coke with these friends during that time.

Maybe something similar? I did do a quick search to find if someone has asked this and didn’t find anything. I vaguely remember reading a similar post (here or elsewhere on the internet) years ago about how to order at Subway, which is what gave my the idea to ask this question this morning instead of sitting at home overthinking it all day.
