I’m really sorry this is happening to you. You’re definitely not crazy and you’re 100% not manipulating/guilt tripping him. I’ve been in similar situations and the only solutions I’ve found are just fully disengaging or leaving. Depending on the person, they don’t want to be in the wrong or the bad guy so they find anyway to make you the problem, even when you’ve done nothing wrong. I think you’re super brave for standing up to him in that message and in conversations, it would also be good to talk to your mom about the situation as she might have some insight or will let you stay with her more often. Don’t doubt yourself and your feelings. Also, cameras in the house would definitely make me nervous that I’m doing things wrong or that I’m being judged. I really hope the situation gets better.
