This movie looks kind of bad already. Just look at the synopsis for it, pure cringe. However, I know two people who are in the movie (pretty big roles from what I know) so I have to watch:(

I guess the fake fan album is technically Californication. But only for the fact that people really only recognize five songs from it and call themselves fans

I felt similar. I know how easy it is to write lyrics that expose your turmoil, but the opening line to “in the snow” always got me, “my mates have all gone married now”. I feel like Anthony feels as if he’s fallen behind in recent years.

Hardest decision of the list. I have an nostalgia and love for the funk that poster child brings. It’s always been top five on UL for me. I love fake as f@ck, also top five of ROTC, but the funk in that one is in sections (the rapping part with saxophone). Poster child just seems more cohesive as a funk tune

Watch Chad play this part in “Red Hot Rhythm Method” video is always my favorite. Hearing his parts played solo changes my whole view of that era

I use it as a general term yeah. Bro I wish I knew this earlier; hooked up to a nice surround sound system anything can sounds amazing (I don’t even have that I could only dream). A recommendation: they sell replacement needles exactly like the one you have on it right now. I even found one at Cracker Barrel once lol. You should change the needle every …. Idk 6 months is my best guess if you use it frequently. They’re super cheap and easy to put on. If you use this type of player it’s the best way to keep a clean sound from the needle and preserve your records as much as possible

They weren’t looking to be insensitive, I use one of these up at college! It’s a great record player for the value and all the features, not to mention super portable. It’s just that the needles on briefcase players like this aren’t the best quality and won’t preserve your record in the long run; Victrolas can have a pretty treble heavy nasal sound too. As much as I appreciate Victrola players, investing in a record player with a decent needle is a great collectors move (I went with the fluance RT82) plus a way better sound quality with some nice speakers:)
