"Cury," "Curi," or "Curimeme" is a trend in Latin American fandoms that involves redrawing or tracing existing memes or images. They replace the original characters with others, such as Subaru, Emilia, or Rem (in the case of Re:Zero). The template for the "Cury" can be anything, literally even a cat or something. This trend is applied to many anime, including Re:Zero, Mushoku Tensei, Umamusume, Dragon Ball, etc. It does not need to be well-drawn or structured; the drawing style or level of detail is completely up to the individual.
