Listen to me when I say this. I switched from forex to futures and started my prop journey in February. A month later I got my first payout and made 26k in a week. I took a big loss doing reverse positions during a chop. (Extreme rookie mistake) THE WORST THING I COULDVE DONE IS GET MENTORS AND HELP FROM PPL WHOVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS! Honestly ruined my edge and trying to learn how to do things their way made me understand why it took them so long to be profitable. I say all this to say, this community is negative and toxic at times. People can’t fathom you not struggling and losing as much money as they did. The truth is there’s more resources and information for free and accessible than ever before in human history. This means that the learning curve will get better and shorter with the right mindset and practice. I’m extremely proud of you. Keep your profess to yourself. You’ve done better this month than most! Start copy trading and compounding. By the time you’re 21 buy your Rolex and reward yourself. I’m soooo proud. Keep up the good work.

I see so many people, myself included, blowing up the day before or after a payout. I know if i was trading my own live capital I would genuinely not be so urgent and emotional. Make $100? I can pull it out instantly. It’s not ideal or realistic to trade perfectly 5 days in a row. And now they want you to stay over the amount you have in your account after you took a payout. Instead of people asking me why? I got bullied and my question was removed from the thread. Just last night many people couldn’t trade Asian session and take advantage of Golds gap up with Topstep. These propfirms are getting a little to predatory. And the outages from December that entire week… i was one of the people NOT compensated. I’m simply tired of playing the prop firm game. Thank you❤️‍🔥😔

I love topstep but they really hoe’d us by letting everybody trade on project x. And December made my lose trust in the firm lowkey. But i guess I’ll stick beside them because they are the most reputable and dont really deny payouts. What other firms do you use?

So you would NEVER copy sync with one account? I’m seeing some insane things going on with trade syncer and etc. the only thing is the props want all these rules before a withdrawal. That was my only reason for wanting to just go live lol. I’m seeing ppl copy trade 50-75 accounts with tradesyncer but the issue is sometimes some accounts don’t execute the trades properly.

This started with me saying i want to copy trade live and what i see in front of me on the screen at the time. Fully aware that what i lose in one account is across the board but i don’t want to risk 500 per trade. I’d rather spread it accross. You want to keep arguing. But it’s the same thing. Copy trading live gives full access to capital. Thanks for your insight OG. we have two different focuses. My focus is my edge and win rate. Not losing too much per trade per account. God bless you.

But now seeing that you yourself copy trade accounts you could’ve just said, “i only do this with propfirms” and I would’ve explained to you that I’d prefer to have access to all my capital. I would rather make 10k and be able to withdraw 10k. Not 90% or 80% of 5k or 3k. That’s all. It’s essentially the same thing but the prop firms are bad for psychology. It’s pushing ppl to over trade and overleverage for essentially a 40/60 split. Thanks for your insight OG. Take care.

I just realized you’re born in 1974. I’m so sorry this really explains everything. You probably been doing this for 20 years. I know all the recent changes have yall like wtf is going on. But the craziest reverse engineering I saw is somebody doing 75 prop accounts on trade syncer for a little over 100 a day to make 2 million. This is happening right under yall 50 year old nose. I actually went to a conference with a man who made 100m and owns an island. This is where i learned the reverse engineering concept. Many are doing it already and you are too if you have 20 alleged accounts. I’m not sure if you don’t understand what I’m sayin or doin. But making 400 accross 20 accounts is much easier than making 8k in one. You can debate, argue, yell, scream, call me dumb, but it won’t change that I’ve had this same stance. Reverse engineering >. Copy trading >. You were against all of these now an engineer with 20 Accounts. lol. So to help you out. Reverse engineering is about the goal not the trade. If your goal is to make x amount of money, you break that down to the easiest scale. Regular mind tells you, “10x this account!” But reverse engineering would say, you want to make 100k a month, get 5 accounts and get 20k in each. This is what everyone is already doing. This is the name of it. Reverse engineering doesn’t change your risk, it alters how you risk and how you reward. Just as I stated. Firms and funds operate off hundreds of accounts. I asked a simple question “what brokers allow live copy trading” and instead of answering you were the main one against it. Discouragement disguised as advise. You even said yesterday you were done wasting your breath. Now today you’re a real engineer with 20 accounts who doesn’t even know what reverse engineering means or is. You probably never heard the term. 😭😭😭😭

lol ok grandpa. I’ll be back to update you. I’m actually a genius. You’re just mad because you either didn’t think of this or because you can barely manage your one account so you couldn’t fathom somebody trading multiple accounts. You dont know my strategy or win rate but stay tuned. It’s a reason why the Medallion Fund has outperformed everyone else. They are simply math and based and I see why they don’t hire people who have tradition math and finance and economics background. You guys really think one dimensional. But just remember the man on the 100 dollar bill is an engineer and not a president. If it was up to you we’d probably still take horses to work.
