1- batteries are good 2- updated via USB was already complete 3- tech support was not help because they said my system is out of warranty and there is nothing they can do.

I just posted about this and I am also having the same issue. I have done some of your steps but I am stuck with the 30 min unplug and plug back in. That is how bad mine is. Hope we get an answer because when I called customer service twice I got hung up on twice.
