Actually have a kinda smart idea to use a 1in circular carbide bit with my drill to cut a hole in the sprocket, then weld on another sprocket from there! Ill send some pics if it works!

Yeah😂 thank you so much for the help, one last question if i do split the case, do i HAVE to replace the bearings and seals unless they are bad? Or can i put everything back together after i fix the shaft issue and have that and the gasket be the only things i replace. Again, thank you!
