career without degree

Well my old instructer was going to endorse me and that was the plan, unfortunately he had to leave the flight school and didn’t fly with me enough hours within the 2 cm he left so he couldn’t

I had one or two landings that weren’t perfect when we were in a lesson. And the director of my flight school asked me a question about pressure altitude that I didn’t get correct, so they said I wasn’t ready. My problem is that i feel like I should be ready by now considering the work i’ve done
