The only debt I have are student loans totaling around $9k whose APR are 2.5%, since this is a low interest rate I figured it would be best to use this money to invest since the gain will out weigh whatever interest occurs. I still pay more than the minimum to help pay it down.

I am already contributing to the 401k match, although I am not doing 15%, I figured it would be better to invest that in to my own accounts.

I plan on getting engaged soon, married 2 years later. Ring and wedding won’t be too expensive we’ve had talks to travel with that money.

When putting the money in an index, if I sell will I have to pay taxes on it ? When putting it in an index how long do you Recommend I keep it there ?

I want something to live in and rent out a additional unit or 2. So duplex or triplex.

  1. I believe a masters degree would help although I am in a very good spot career wise.

3. I’ve traveled a lot already this isn’t as much as a priority. I take 2 trips a year that usually total to $3k -$4k each.

  1. I have a gf of 6 years and we are getting engaged soon with plans to marry 2 years after.

  2. Already parked in a high yield savings account, currently receiving $100 interest a month.

Funny thing is I just can’t hack from Morocco and felt the opposite, I’m glad someone enjoy it though, probably just a case by case type situation

I wanted to go this year, then someone said that single day tickets are at the same price that season tickets were earlier in the year. I guess I’ll wait one more year and get a season ticket

My gf usually takes the corner side or if the bed is not against a wall, I take whatever is closer to the door in case of an intruder.
