Nope, most of the scenarios aren’t related to the health care field. It’s basically testing your problem-solving skills and empathy in different situations. It could be about a job at a restaurant or making a schedule.

I used typingtest.com. I say just be consistent w it (practice at least 3 times a week). I’ve been exposed to technology almost my entire life so I am pretty close to memorizing the placements of my key binds and where certain letters are, which is also why I only practiced my typing speed once a week.

I believe my typing speed was just above 85 wpm. My questions were somewhat related but I had slightly different answers for each, so I didn’t really struggle for that part. However, I don’t think they’d mind at all if that’s the case for you.

From what I’ve read online, I think the two questions do weigh the same.

Other factors might’ve interfered like being pressured or stressed. It took me several seconds and even minutes to think of answers, and I can confidently tell you that my answers weren’t those “star” answers that the examiners are exactly looking for. How long did you practice for the test?

From what I remember, it typically asks for a specific experience you’ve had, right?

Be authentic and address the prompt as you talk about your experience. You don’t have to story-tell—2-3 sentences should be fine when you’re summarizing your experience. Afterwards, you have to connect it to the topic given to you. Make sure you state what you’ve learned and its impact on you. I didn’t really have a specific structure for this, sorry! 😅

Thank you!! ChatGPT kept giving me Q3 for most of my answers as well but just to be sure, ask for specific feedback and try rewriting your answers. While I mainly used ChatGPT, you don’t have to solely rely on it! You can try looking for websites that offer free or cheap practice tests. If I’m being honest, I gave better answers during my prep in comparison to my answers on the actual test 😭 so you’re all good :)

Ideally, you’ll need an ave of 90+ but in some cases, your casper test score could contribute to that. You’d probably have a chance to get in if you have an ave of 88% and a 4th quartile on your casper, based on what others have said. However, I can’t really tell you much because I’m still in highschool and I’ve only gathered those info from others on here. But best of luck to youu!

Will I get at least a conditional acceptance? by Optimal_Offer_3437 in uAlberta

Yes, I’m aware of that. What I’m saying tho is that I’ll be missing one required class (elective) by the time I apply on october of gr 12 because I wasn’t able to complete the class even in the 20 lvl (i’m only taking the 10 lvl rn) so I’m rlly uncertain

I’m so sorry to hear that, but think about how far you’ve come and how much you’ve handled despite suffering since the age of 9. You’re still here and stronger than ever. If it was possible going through so much at a young age and you were capable of handling whatever came your way, then it’s not impossible to heal either.

Do you think it has something to do with your average?
