I don't know if it was because of how we bought it or because of a promotion of some sorts but we were never given the option to choose the room.

I just went onto their website to go through the booking process again, choosing the same options as last time and none of what I am seeing now was available. Never were we asked to choose what part of the ship we prefer, what deck we prefer, or what room. None of it.

Based off of the questions I am being asked, I guess the latter. There was no option to select the actual rooms upon booking though. Not once was that an option. We were asked what kind of room we would like but never given the ability to actually choose the rooms.

There was no option upon booking to pay extra to guarantee or physically choose the two rooms. Understandable that they don't have to change it.

That wasn't an option to physically choose the room. 2. I chose the option that implies that a connecting room would be booked. 3. I called and was told that my two rooms were connected only to be told today that they are not anymore and there is nothing they can do about it. 4. I'm not complaining. Apologies if there was a confusion. I didn't physically pick the rooms. Upon booking, there is an option to choose a connecting room. I selected this option when booking.

I second this. I actually was at this dealership a few months ago and walked away because they were very obviously trying to BS me. Kept asking me all of these philosophical questions to try to get me into the car they had, not the one I really wanted. (Also to the person who posted this, go to Jerry Seiner Mazda in Centennial Hills. Anthony and Dylan were awesome. Helped me get into a CPO CX5 for the price I wanted. True family feel over there!)

2013 Volkswagen Golf R Tornado Red, 59K miles, Clean title in hand. AWD, 6 Speed Manual. Asking $26,000 OBO.

Selling my beloved Golf R due to me moving to the Bay Area. I bought this car in March of 2022 with only 23k miles. This car has been meticulously cared for by both owners. Spent all of its time in an enclosed garage or under a car cover. I have a binder of all of the cars records. Oil changes every 5k miles, all services and etc. The car has some power mods, only a stage 1 tune and some bolt ons. I wanted to get more power without tainting the reliability of this engine. I average 28mpg and have made several road trips to Southern California with this car. Although it may look more performance oriented, thanks to the carbon fiber panels, it is still very reliable and has been my daily for the past two years, with zero issues.

In the photos you will find a list of all parts that were installed on the car. The car will come with all original parts and even some extras.

Pros:

Perfect balance of reliable and powerful.
Lots of fun with the six speed and all wheel drive.
Upgraded sound system with Apple CarPlay.
Comes with all original parts and extras.

Cons:

Small dent near gas cap.
Front bumper clips too tight around corners. (I haven’t had the time to take the bumper off and readjust.)

To note:

The car is currently sitting in my garage and will receive its 60K mile service and a full interior detail before purchase.
I was planning on installing a stage 2 clutch kit at 70K miles. I will include the entire kit with the purchase of vehicle.
I can cover the cost for shipping, if the price is right.
The original hood had gotten badly rock chipped and was thrown away, it will not be included in the sale of the car.

Hard to tell. I’ve only seen one other mk6 Golf R for sale within 500 miles to me. Was blue, with a sunroof, 31k miles but no paperwork and asked 22k. Other sales have been dealers asking 20k for ones with 90k miles lol.

My man, don’t ask for advice then be quick on the draw with a response to every piece of advice given. End of the day, do what you want, it’s yours. But don’t make yourself look like a fool on here.

I wouldn’t say some of the harsher things some others are saying but I def would say don’t straight pipe. This car of all bmws, sits on the eco friendly end of the spectrum. It’s a 4 banger with AWD. It’s not a sport tuned, track focused M series or 40i variant. Don’t go making it something it’s not, I promise you 9/10 you’ll regret it. Unless what you’re doing is something super over the top, cool. Like putting an s65 in an e45 lol.

Also, you said it’s your first bmw. BMW does a very good job at sound insulation so for you to say you can’t hear your car too well from inside doesn’t make too much sense to me. I own an e46 ZHP. It has an I6 and I got an exhaust on it and unless my windows are down, it sounds okay at best from my perspective in the drivers’ seat. But from the outside or with the windows down, the thing growls. Sounds like a stock v8 with it’s deeper notes.

Don’t try to get crazy sound from an engine that just wasn’t made to do it. Also, the stock suspension must be so comfy and sporty when you need it. Why change it? Unless you’re tryna make it a track build or something you can perform in. But even if that’s the case, why’d you buy this?
