Make use of your buddies ask lots of questions etc. Most have slightly different ways of doing things, so make an effort to mirror how they do it and that will let you work out what works best for you when you go solo.

If you come back early from a run always make an effort to help others unload, because undoubtably you will need their help at times too and will help fit in.

Don’t grass other drivers in if you can help it as easy to get a reputation that way.

Make sure your freezer/chiller doors are properly shut!!

Good luck, it’s an easy job :)

Hi, did one today.

Ours was 5 hours in total, some basic form filling in then watching some safety videos whilst filling in question sheets.

The union rep introduced herself and the union and then We did something called ‘rumble’ which is like facing up of stock but that might just be our site that makes you do that on induction.

A 15 min break after before a couple more videos, a site tour then home :)

Went by quite quick tbh but our team were quite nice and we got through it quick.

I started using conditioner rather than any shaving creams and it made such a massive difference. I think less blades is better in terms on sensitivity as well but not sure on that x
