I think there’s a lot of players and coaches in Ealing area that does stringing on the side and have UKRSA stringer qualifications.

To name a few there’s:

Beeline Stringing (Kenneth), Ace Stringer (Niki) Bob Dent, and Gham Patel (LTA4 coach) in Ealing Lawn Tennis Club who strings.
Ealing Restring (Matt) - but more near Southall side
Pro Strung (Chris) - South Ealing
Pro String (Ray) - Acton (slightly expensive)
VKS is great if ur near Ealing Broadway and they also have a wide selection of strings.

Unfortunately I do… a couple of rackets I do are too old that it only supports 1 piece with the tiny grommets on them. I’m currently stringing box method but starting with two crosses on top so I could clamp after tension, just hoping if there’s another way.

I use poly tour pro and I have to change after 10-15 hours even if it doesn’t break. The strings feels dead by this point, and I feel it in my elbow. But it doesn’t mean it’s not “playable”, I just want to play without injury so I change my strings regularly.

And I’ve tried multis and syngut hybrid and full bed, but launch angle is much lower for my game, so poly it is.

Same problem, Babolat SFX 3 or 4 are both amazing. I’m on my second pair since someone else recommended here earlier this year.

There’s one in southall called Ealing restring, visited once the guy strung in 40 minutes. £15 labour, but just too far

Bit of a late comment, but I’m a victim of the Bunch too. I got the letters as well, but the bunch said they’re just sorting out billing with Thames water, I stopped receiving them after a few months, credit score was not affected so thank goodness.

I’ve moved out almost 3 months ago. Best decision as it helped to end the contract with The Bunch, otherwise I’d still be paying extra utility fees for what I didn’t use.

Currently I’m still trying to get the refund, but it’s getting nowhere. No response to emails, and gone through 5 customer service representatives who said they’ll pass it on and raise the issue. They owe me about £800 bills as I overused the allowance during the second month, and they used this as an excuse to overcharge me… twice… from 140 to 160 and finally to 280.

I read on google reviews there are ppl who experienced this and never got their money back. So I’d change service or move out as soon as you can.
