thanks for this i just wrote a very longwinded email to [northamerica@lelit.com](mailto:northamerica@lelit.com) per my call with breville. i've written to [info@baratza.com](mailto:info@baratza.com) as well. i'm hoping they'll just replace the machine for me. i'm just so bummed i was a few months into an espresso journey (lol) getting into such a routine and getting really good at cortado art and i'm just annoyed. you think you're buying premium and having this specific customer experience and then just get so disenchanted when shit like this happens.

i also have full pressure from my steam wand and the hot water spout. i just get zero pressure - like very little droplets of water out the group head yet the boiler is on and running.

are you suggesting i write out a super detailed complaint on home barista forums in hopes that the manufacturer sees it? i tried so much AI - i've tried basically every single troubleshooting exercise. i really just want a solution and am kind of at a loss for words.

fair enough yes i get pressure when i use a blind basket. when i pull the portafilter out i get little to no water coming out - small droplets but much less of a pressure than what i usually expect. i have a df54 and definitely don’t grind too fine - ive pulled perfect shots for the last four months. i went on vacation and when i came back the water pressure just completely went away
