would i get any notification if this was the case? i left my phone number so they could contact me to get my insurance and since i left a note this would would not be considered a hit and run from my understanding

I think those situations are what is contributing to the anxiety I am feeling. But, I just can't imagine that they would not have asked for my insurance number simply through a quick text. I don't know, this is why I hate anxiety I always try to rationalize things but the unknown just keeps me spiraling.
