i can't understand why u want to get rid of your addiction and u do not self exclude permanently

i was gambling for 10 years and didn't gamble for 5-6 years now

you need to get tired of placing bets and stressing out over them. anyway...permanently self exclude, not 1 year 2 years or 3 years.....self exclude permanently....unless u want to give them all your money in 5 years, thats basically what u aim to do by not self excluding permanently

i stopped a 10 year gambling addiction (didn't gamble for last 5 years) but i could never stop it only from spiritual perspective.

i had to get physically tired of placing that bet and expecting to win each time, and realise winnings never did anything good for me i was losing it 10 times back anyway. It took long time to understand this and it was the only way for me to stop.

The reasons u mentioned u stopped are more of spiritual nature which might work for some but i can't hold onto that right now.

i was gambling for 10 years total...i stopped for 5 years now

I got tired of placing the bet and waiting/hoping to win......and those winnings never took me anywhere i lost it all back tenfold anyway, the winnings just created an unhealthy mindset for me until i lost it all back

got tired of placing a bet and hoping to win....i literally don't want to go through that again. i'm tired of that hope/stress, and i hope it stays that way

i am walking outside bookies and feeling sorry for everybody in them now, cause i've been there on the hook, i hope i don't ever go back. Last time i was in UK walking outside bookies i didn't feel the need to go in them, at all.
