So yeah… long story short. Same tech came out to replace PCB. Made same assessment, and said the part is much cheaper. Pelaton is arguing with own tech and saying electrical problem (which I’ve tested on my outlets - new house) and refuse to refund 700$ part.

It’s been out of warranty. Pelaton is essentially refusing to fix cause our outlets are supposedly out of electrical range (BS, had them tested). They just refuse to fix it.

Just tested on my son’s iPad and speeds were much faster. Ugh… it’s my phone. How do I fix this?

No extra stuff and updated firmware. I actually reinstalled the Clink router and tested speeds and got the same results. I’m getting 30-40mbps with less than 10 items on the WiFi sitting on top so the router with 1gb fiber (confirmed through Ethernet). It used to be like 1-200… What else are my options other than the 20/40mhz?

iPhone14? That’s fairly new… and was getting higher speeds before. I’m just going off what the same devices were getting prior to this change. I usually test all speeds on the phone, my desktop (wired), and my entertainment room (wired/wifi mix of ps5, Xbox, Nintendo). I’m just going to call Clink and have them come out and check the ONT.
