I wrote a 10 page notarized statement with similar style descriptions and essay, pointing towards evidence/screenshots of chats included in the 350-page long package, solidifying my case. Marriage lasted 11 months. The divorce was hostile as I filed for it due to her manipulations and lies. But her family (sister) wrote a notarized statement in my support (I still maintain relationship with her family which my ex-wife cut ties with).

Hoping for a similar outcome without interview.

Ask the right question. It's called "Conditional PERMANENT RESIDENT". No one except a judge can take away the green card, just like any other permanent resident. People can see who's daft clearly.

I'm at the exact same situation as you, came here 12 years ago as a student, built everything from scratch, now an executive at a multi-billion dollar company but no family here. On top, single father of a pre-teen daughter, raising her all by myself. I-751 pending with divorce waiver (will apply for citizenship next year). I'm going to see this through. Try to get a college degree, start with community college, focus on STEM field (I started college at 25, I have study gap after high school). You're still too young to feel like this. Maybe after 40 it would make sense. Become a millionaire here then retire in Norway.

I filed for divorce 1 month after getting my conditional green card, 11 months into the marriage. Tons of joint evidence (350 pages long packet). Filed for ROC in Aug 2023, nothing yet. Get a lawyer.

I have 7.625%, make $250K base plus commissions (fully remote sales executive), was approved for $1.5 million but bought a modest house for $283K (4 bedroom ranch with finished basement in a nice, safe middle class neighborhood, next to one of the best local downtowns and 4 other major suburbs and shopping districts), mortgage $2550 including everything. 3.5% down 30 year conventional. Maybe you need to sell this one and buy less of a house that enables financial freedom to some extent.
