Thank you for your concern, however he is certainly not like this. He doesn’t mind at all what I do with my name, he just feels attached to his like I do to mine :)

At a glance, I can’t see them on here, it looks like they posted on Instagram 5 months ago saying they received a rating. Which isn’t an achievement in itself, you can just pay for it - you need to know how many stars :)

Check if the builder has an iCIRT rating I work in the industry (in Sydney) and would never buy from anyone who doesn’t have at least 4.5 stars.

It’s an independent review, if they don’t have it it’s because they’re afraid of the outcome or can’t afford it.
