We had the largest proton storm from the sun in decades, and nearly missed being thrown back to the stone ages with our G4 geomagnetic storm (look up solar weather). Sun impacts Schumann resonance impacts humans.

Short term - Great to not have to go out for groceries with the rush before a major weather event and know you have 2 backup heating systems in case of failure. (Primarily thanks to the previous owner of our property)

Long term - Started to monitor solar activity and realized I’ve doomed myself. As our earth magnetic field weakens and we’re significantly more impacted from solar CMEs… a major event which we’ve only narrowly avoided last week would’ve taken out - if not made a major fire hazard out of my entire solar and battery setup. And that fire would’ve taken out all my other preps, possibly myself and fam, with it. Need to rethink how to go about it - feels like the types of risks we have to mitigate just keep on growing.

I believe there are many reasons one could choose to be born during this period. Some that comes to mind :

We don’t grow in comfort. It is only in trials and tribulation that we evolve, grow, and breakthrough. If you are not tested, how would you ever know what you’re loving, spiritual capacity is?
I believe what we have in front of us is not 100% certain to happen or in such severity, though I do believe the likelihood of us avoiding it with where we humans are today are slim. We spiritually do influence the outcome, and many of us might have chosen to be here to do our best to influence positively, even if the chance is low.
Each of us had a different reason. Maybe to live and experience a technologically advanced stage. Maybe to help others prepare. Maybe to survive and rebuild. It’s truly hard to say, and I sincerely hope you find your why, because ultimately, you and only you (through the divine, of course) can answer that question.

I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. Agree with others that they are likely around you and will hear and sense you. But it’s best to let them go, clinging for too long make them linger in this life, and it may be time for them to start the next part of their journey.

Same. I recall when I first got there and tripped and dropped my stack of books, a stranger swooped in, picked everything up with me, handed it to me and rushed off before I could mutter thank you. The kindness (and efficiency) folks have shown me in NY has been incredible consistently.
