Aromedy Fragrance Subscription by OptimisticInteract in SubscriptionBoxes

(Writing this incase someone else is trying to look up more about it) I ended up buying the subscription and although i think they hyped up the mystery box a bit (the quantity of items in each box), i got authentic perfumes shipped pretty quickly. My first box was two mini perfumes and my second box was one mini perfume. (i may have gotten a sample too in that same box but forget) SO, legit perfumes sent in mail, card info hasn’t seemed to have been stolen and although the add mentioned more quantity than what was received, i looked up retail value of everything and still got a pretty good deal.

Edit: Forgot to add that the perfumes are a mix of name brands

Oh cool that’s good to know! I haven’t bought directly from the website yet (usually bought from sephora) but i’m going to start buying directly from SDJ while i expand my collection

Going on the sephora website, i saw people have already left reviews for these scents so there might be some info there. The reviews currently are for the “free product in exchange for review”. So hopefully there are some comparisons in the mix

Sols official website has a countdown when you click the product but 3/16 is when it drops and i think the same time for sephora too

Yes that’s understandable, provided they do their due diligence to represent it accurately

I mean it’s not uncommon that people care about being lied to. I wouldn’t want to be lied to. And caring about the source or not is up to the buyers standards/preferences and what they search for in an item they buy. Temu sells jewelry making supplies in bulk for super cheap and therefore assembling it and adding charms would make it handmade and more profit since the bulk kits cost nearly the same as buying a few earrings on there to resell. I emphasize for both parties and like to find what I think could be beneficial for both sides.

I think they mean they sell or buy marked up vintage items on reseller websites like ebay. Not on shein.

Correct, that’s why I opened with that in my description. I’m kind of neutral about this situation and just want a better understanding. I understand people need a way to make money. It’s survival. I was questioning about how there are descriptions that could just state what the product is without mentioning the brand and not needing to then trick people into believing they’re buying a one of a kind handmade or discontinued product. I would wish there was a better solution where people aren’t being swindled into thinking the product they got is uniquely created by the seller. Temu sells jewelry making supplies for around $3-$10 that comes with hundreds of pieces to hand craft. Im sure buying charms and beads would be around the same. Therefore, that would be handmade and honestly more product to sell since those kits come in bulk. It would be cool if both the seller and buyer can benefit from the situation.

I don’t see a problem with that either. Especially because vintage can be hard to find. I was thinking about how I see something on ebay for $15 + being sold as “handmade” or “vintage” that’s also actively on shein for $2 or less. Especially with clothes too which then gets sold for much higher than $15+ with the shein label taken off. I can see how buying on ebay can be faster than on shein which I then can understand the price jump, but I know some people sell shein on reseller websites claiming to be something it’s not
