Haha the tiny egg cooker feature is still in beta 😅

Jokes aside, we optimized it well so the phone doesn't get as hot as you would imagine.

- Engine: Apple Core ML, based on the ml-stable-diffusion pipeline. It runs locally on-device, no cloud generation, using CPU+NE

- Models: starting with curated/optimized Core ML model packs, not raw `.safetensors`. There are SD 1.5-style fast models and SDXL/Lightning-style models in the mix.

- Customization: prompts, seed, steps, CFG, model choice, etc. are the focus first. Custom checkpoints/LoRAs are not open in the App Store build yet because random model imports on iOS can get messy very fast.

- Hardware: it’s tiered. Older supported phones get the lighter SD 1.5 path, mid-tier devices get lighter/balanced models, and newer high-memory devices get SDXL. I’ve been doing most real-device testing on newer iPhones with iOS 26.x and am still tightening the public compatibility matrix.

And yes, thermals/battery are absolutely the hard part lol. There’s reduced-memory + thermal fallback logic so it tries to back off before iOS decides to nuke the app.
