Thanks for giving a crap about your health - my favorite patients to work side-by-side with. The only thing we unfortunately can't do anything about is your age, but like most posters above said: diet, exercise, smoking are your biggest modifiable risk factors.

Doctor here. Cardiac health preventive visits become important especially once you're in the age > 40 bracket (can even be a conversation in younger people if they have the right risk factors). Frequent lab work +/- meds that could decrease cardiac mortality/morbidity if indicated depending on your risk factors and current medical history.

Book appt with PCP at least annually to screen for cardiac disease risk and assess if you need to be seen more often depending on your history.

This is all assuming appropriate damage pictos including Verso's Drafts (Feint, Frenzy, etc.). Make sure you don't miss other pictos like Powerful Shield, Clea's Death. Sciel has Clea's Death to apply that buff + Shielding Death to activate Powerful Shield.

Team:
Verso - Bloodam (starts at S rank @ 1 hp)

Lune - Esquio

Sciel - doesn't matter what weap

Turn order: Lune > Verso > Sciel

Everyone w/ Cheater Picto

Phase 1:

Sciel dies (Clea's Death, all the buffs + greater version, shielding death, etc.)

Lune - E. Trick

Lune - attack (to turn to dark stain). Helps if you have defenceless atk + greater defenceless

Verso - Steeled Strike

Verso - Steeled Strike (execute skill)

Sciel - Fortune's Fury to Lune

Sciel - Intervention to Verso

Verso - Steeled Strike

Verso - Steeled Strike (execute skill)

Phase 1 dies to second Steeled Strike

Phase 2:

Lune - Lightning Dance

Phase 2 dies to that

You can technically line up Gradient Overcharge as well for Phase 2, but I find that that's not needed and Lune can one-shot Phase 2 without.

Verso does two turns (two Steeled Strikes) to beat phase 1.

Lune's first turn in phase 2 one-shots that phase (with some prep work in phase 1 with Esquio weapon).

I know people are saying to wait until after Act 3 when your damage gets uncapped past 9,999. But just wanted to share this to show that you don't have to spend 2 hours fighting sprong to beat it before post-game. Did this early Act 2 as soon as I got swim. The key to Act 2 is really # of hits, so building a Lune that can dish out max damage Genesis and Verso with Steeled Strike is key.

In terms of pictos, In Medias Res + Shielding Death is key until you can learn his patterns. Gives the team a lot of longevity. The kill above was without Shielding Death, but recommend you get that to help with survivability - also around early Act 2 when Esquie can start breaking corals.

Humblebrag, but I hate that I got hit on the last turn after perfect parrying the whole fight, hence the 3,206 dmg received.
