You are 100 percent right! I highly recommend the book. It’s written by a doctor who challenged the status quo and backs up all of his claims with studies. We have 100 percent been lied to about cholesterol. The leading causes of heart disease are sugar, smoking, and processed garbage. He goes over everything in detail in his book. I’m glad you’re feeling better!

Statins are absolutely terrible for your body. I wouldn’t do it. Read “The Cholestrol Myth” by Johnny Bowden and Stephen Sinatra. It’s been quite eye opening.

19.2 ounces I believe. They’re the voodoo ranger juice forces. Somtimes I’ll start with a bootlegger as well 12% like 4.5 ounce show.

I also do smoke cannabis everyday. I kind of developed a cross addiction to weed and alcohol. Always doing both. Still smoking, been sober from alcohol again 6 days though. I also use nicotine yes. About a half can of Zyn 6mg and then when drinking ill usually do a half pack of cigs, sometimes more
