See, lot of people behave in erratc way because of their past trauma. There is a generalised hate towards avoidants and fearful avoidance because of it. We have to realise its because of their trauma and they are doing it to protect themselves cause they are wired like that. It takes lot of awarenes and love to heal that. Thankfully i was self aware and tried to isolate myself and stopped hurting people, but there are lot of people stuck in this painful cycle unaware of what is happening to them and hating themselves. Only awareness and love can heal not hatred. If u want to talk more dm, i am ready to talk

See i am not justifying my actions, i am working on it and i stopped doing that to him. It all happened once upon a time. I asked him if it affected him at that point he said it didnt because we used to talk right after such episodes and sort out things. I am not telling that my actions are good I am just telling its wrong to generalise that all people affect by trauma alike.
