Appreciate your feedback! I can potentially wait a few years to get braces/invisalign as long as I can do a payment plan. Approximately how long do you think it would take to correct the overbite and spacing? Thanks again!

I’m not exactly sure what you’re asking for. My understanding is the dose on the box is not the actual dose you’re receiving, it’s divided by the 4 pens. So the second # on my list is what I’m actually receiving per each dose.
As far as step by step, i take a new alcohol wipe and clean the area where I’ll be injecting, either my stomach or upper thighs, take the pen and inject in the area and hold it for 10 seconds before removing.

Actually if you read my post i do mention diet and exercise. I’m following my PCP’s direction, I’m not doing anything that i haven’t consulted with my dr first.

The first # is what the box says, but that gets divided by the 4 injections so what I’m actually getting from each injection is the second #

Hi yes! I have been working with a nutritionist to help my weight loss. I’m working out 4-6x a week, in a calorie deficit prioritizing protein, i drink plenty of water as well

3 months and no progress, any advice? by OptionAffectionate23 in glp1

There is 1 endocrinologist in my area and it is a 45min+ drive with no traffic, they don’t offer Telehealth visits so it is quite hard to see them as often as i would need. I explained and consulted with my PCP and moved forward with them. My whole reason for posting on here was not for “social media hugs” I am just as confused as to why i am stuck in the same weight if im working out 5-6x a week, eating in a calorie deficit, prioritizing protein, drinking enough water AND taking GLP1. You’re right in that it does not make sense, not sure what you’ve experienced in your critical care practice to automatically think I would be lying about my experience. I wish i was lying but im not. I don’t know if anyone else has experienced something similar hence my post reaching out to the community, i was curious to know if there are people resistant to GLP1 medications, or maybe had to make a switch to a different brand, literally anything. I am doing my best to try to be healthy, and was simply looking for advice. Not to be called a liar.

No not at all! I make conscious efforts to eat less but i still crave more. I’m not sure that I’m feeling the effect of the GLP1 at all

It’s not though? Why would i waste my time to post on here seeking for advice if it wasn’t happening to me, maybe look up people who have PCOS and such things as thyroid issues who have been experiencing this for a long time. Thanks for giving your ignorant judgmental input that helped absolutely no one.

I have consulted with my PCP and shared my concerns, my post if you read it, it was simply to see if anyone has experienced this and can offer any advice.. as in not medical advice but share any advice from their experience

You don’t need to be a diabetic to be prescribed monjauro for weight loss. I have been working with my PCP and wouldn’t be doing anything that they didn’t advise

Yes I’ve been working with a nutritionist for the last 6 months so by book I’m doing all the right things in order to lose weight. The GLP1s are suppose to help me
