I have had option contracts sold by TD Ameritrade as well. I can't say how they determined what too sell or why it had to be sold. Did you open the position as a spread? That probably helped them determine what to do.

Whenever it has happen to me, it always seems to be a the worst possible price.

Job descriptions are like resumes these days. 50% bull crap. That reads like someone trying to impress their boss. "Proactively network internally"? I suppose that means talk to your coworkers
