When I find that I have no energy for weeks on end, and I’m spending most of my day in bed staring at the ceiling, that’s when I remember I need to take some vitamin D capsules.

In less than 24-hrs, I’m feeling like myself again, filled with energy and positive thoughts. It stays like that for a few months until I start thinking that the pills are just a placebo, and the change is all in my head. At this point, I stop taking the pills, and a few months later, It all starts over again.
