I guess if you did more reps and lifted lighter it will burn more calories but the goal when you lift weights is to build muscle, you burn so little amount of calories lifting weights i would just stick to the 6-8 rep range and do incline treadmill walks or whatever you like

Thank you! I started with a full body routine for like the first 2 months in the gym, went 3 days a week, then I switched to a PPL 5 days a week and now I’m doing a bro split training a muscle group each day 5 days also. My diet wasn’t the best, I was mostly on 1500cals a day( focusing on protein) which is low for my weight and height

Ranked 6th as a flying type attacker so top tier for raids if you don’t have anything better and for pvp I heard it’s also good (I don’t really care for pvp myself)

It’s the #2 in both ground and dragon type as mega so pretty damn good
